Self-restraint of delivery by coronavirus
Due to the influence of coronavirus, we have refrained from delivering to overseas customers.

We accept payment from any of the following services:

Tariff rates differ based on the country of residence. Please confirm rates that apply. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Tax and postage fees will apply to each complete order. If the combined dimensions of the products exceed 1.5 meters, the combined weight of the products exceeds 30 kg, or both, products will be delivered in two or more packages.
Delivery fees based on country and area are listed below. Additionally, please note that separate fees may apply based on country and area of residence. There may be cases where delivery fees are not displayed during check-out. Please rest assured, as ALIVE will send a delivery fee notification within 3-5 business days after an order is confirmed.
Our products will be delivered within 3-5 business days after an order is confirmed. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate for a product to deliver and arrive based on a requested date. Delivery times will also differ based on the country and area of residence. Once a package has been sent out via postage, a tracking number will be sent via email, which can be used to determine the location of the package at any given time.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the case where any of our products are defective or faulty, please notify us via email within eight days. A photo of the defective product may be required to be sent via email in order to determine possible refunds and exchanges.
We require the defective product to be returned within 14 days before we can issue any refunds. When returning the product(s), please make sure that the package is completely sealed with all products, manuals, and other corresponding items inside.
Please note that we will only accept returns for products that are defective upon delivery. We also hope you understand that there may be subtle differences in the appearance and color between the product images on our website and the actual product based on the PC or monitor used.
